Free Pancakes await you at the Firehouse Pancake Breakfast and Spring Safety Fair.
Free pancakes and great fun await you at the Firehouse Pancake Breakfast and Spring Safety Fair.

To kick off the Spring, the firefighters of Woodinville are inviting you to breakfast at our firehouse on Saturday, April 4 from 10 am to noon.
Or, if you are a late riser, join us for a hotdog lunch instead from noon- 2pm.
Us guys in the big red trucks will be serving up great food and good fun for kids, with all-you-can-eat pancakes at the Woodinville Firehouse and activities that your kids will remember for years to come.
Kids wanna use a real fire extinguisher on a real fire? We’ve got that covered. And of course we’ll keep a close eye on them. Grownups are welcomed to give it a go too.
Your children will also get to explore inside the fire engines and ambulances, and get to check out all the tools and devices that we use to save lives.
They will also earn treats and prizes by taking part in an Easter Firehouse Scavenger Hunt and other activities.
Oh, and did we mention yet that we’ll be flipping pancakes on the griddle all morning, and hot dogs for lunch just for ya? (We know, we already did, just wanted to make sure we got the message across!)
To give a big shoutout to Spring, we’re also inviting a ton of safety experts to help you and your kids have fun safely this Spring and Summer. Our Spring Safety and Wellness Experts will help you (or your kids):

  • Learn how to bike, skateboard and play in and on the water safely,
  • Know what to do as a family if a disaster like an earthquake strikes. It’ll be similar to what they do in school, but for the home.
  • Share safety tips around the house.
  • Take your blood pressure.

All that and more, plus great food served up by the folks who come to your rescue when you dial 911.
What’s not to love about it?

I didn’t find a date for this event anywhere in the post, or on the registration page?? Looks like a great event though!
